The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a team of ladies who love to crochet or knit and who love the Lord. As they  make the shawls they  pray for those who are going to receive the shawls that they might feel surrounded by God’s love and  for their comfort and peace of mind.  The shawls are given to those undergoing medical procedures, as a comfort after a loss or in times of stress and during bereavement.

The ladies meet every Wednesday at 9:00 am in the parlor of Cedar Bayou Grace UMC; anyone is invited to join them in making the shawls.
