Our Pastor
Rev. Sean S. Leick
Reverend Sean Sullivan Leick (Pastor Sean) was born in Lubbock, TX in 1982 and raised in Wichita Falls, TX where he lived until 2005. At the age of 22, he moved to Mont Belvieu and attended Lee College where he earned an Associate Degree and was the Honor Graduate for the 2006 class.
He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University- Perkins School of Theology in Dallas, TX. Rev. Leick is an ordained Elder in full connection with the Eastern Texas Conference of the Global Methodist Church and serves on the Board of Ministry for the Conference.

He previously served as pastor of FMC Devers, FMC Daisetta, St. Mark’s Methodist Church in Marshall, TX, First Methodist Church of Port Neches, TX., and now proudly serves as Senior Pastor of our beloved Cedar Bayou Grace Methodist Church in Baytown, TX.
Rev. Leick has been married to his beautiful wife Amy for 15 years and the Leick’s have two children: Their son, Owen, is 11 years old, and their daughter, Dagny, is 8 years old. Amy is an elementary school teacher at Barber’s Hill ISD where their children attend school as well.
The Leick family enjoy the outdoors, fishing, camping, playing ball, throwing the frisbee, goofing off, reading scripture, discussing Jesus, theology, philosophy, and politics. They have an unwavering love for Jesus Christ and have devoted their lives to bringing the Gospel to life and helping others to grow in their relationship with God and in their faith in Jesus Christ.
